To start this recipe, spray a mug or ramekin with non-stick cooking spray. For better presentation, use a ramekin to make and serve this coffee cake, as the cake won’t completely fill up a mug. Mix all of the ingredients together and sprinkle the top with sugar and cinnamon. Microwave on high for 45 seconds until the dough puffs and looks dry.
