So, how to make grape sorbet without an ice cream maker? Use frozen grapes and a food processor! Simply purée the frozen grapes and four other ingredients listed below, scraping down the sides of the food processor as needed. Then freeze until firm. Now you are ready to scoop, eat and enjoy!
To make the No-Churn Grape Sorbet, you will need the following ingredients:
In a food processor, combine 3 cups frozen green grapes, 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, 3 tablespoons corn syrup, 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, and a pinch coarse salt.
Purée, scraping down the sides of the food processor as needed, until smooth.
Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm for at least 4 hours.
