This Parchment Pouch Fish Dinner is a gorgeous fish dish to serve to your guests that will have everyone very impressed with your new kitchen finesse.
Wrapped and baked in parchment paper, I suggest using barramundi fillets that are the perfect texture for this kind of cooking method. Fill pouches with parboiled fingerling potatoes, green beans, garlic cloves, sea salt, black pepper, paprika, fresh lemon slices and thyme, that will all harmonize and come together in a beautiful aroma.
To make Parchment Pouch Fish Dinner, you will need the following ingredients:
Preheat oven to 375 ºF.
In a saucepan of boiling water, cook potatoes for 8-10 minutes until parboiled.
On a baking sheet, spread green beans in the center of baking parchment paper and set the fish on top. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add potatoes around the fish and finally top with lemon slices, garlic cloves and a few thyme sprigs. Drizzle everything with olive oil.
Fold baking parchment paper so that it is sealed and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until cooked.
Carefully open the parchment paper to serve. Enjoy!

Great meal for one or two people served with some red wine haha.
Officially my favorite fish dinner, it's amazingly flavorful and goes great with a squeeze of lemon.
Needed a lot more than half a tsp of salt but other than that it was delicious.
Amazing and simple to make absolutely love this fish pouch dinner with potatoes, too good not to share :)
Pouch fish dinner is my top one fish meal besides the crusted fish fillet which was also quite yummy.
