Pea Pesto Pappardelle
Like most kids, my children don’t love their veggies but this Pea Pesto Pappardelle helps with the dinner battles. With thanks to the combination of smooth ricotta and lemon zest that compliment the pea flavor served with Italian pappardelle pasta, no one says no to this one!
Use a simple seasoning of salt and pepper to have dinner ready in minutes!

I used peas in a can instead of frozen ones because they taste better in my opinion. Good recipe though and the lemon really brings out the flavours.
Fast and easy to make, extremely zesty and worth making more than once wish I could give a higher rating.
Really healthy and delicious meal for one or two people, I made this for myself and felt very refreshed after eating it.
Peas were very mushy and had a weird taste I guess because I bought them frozen, next time going for canned peas.
Took no time at all to perfect this meal thanks to the amazing instructions, really appreciate how you guys do your best to show how to make this properly, 5 stars all the way.
Could not wait to try this out and I was NOT disappointed! Very pleasant meal, thx.
Would recommend for pea lovers, I made it, wasn't bad but sticking to my pumpkin alfredo pasta instead lol.
Healthiest meal I've ever cooked up for me and the hubby, I tried the tangy burgers and wanted to make something a little lighter this time, this was perfect.
Very delicious meal I'm so glad I decided to try something new, usually I'm terrified of making anything I don't know how to make because I always think it will turn out horribly wrong but this was very easy will be making a lot more from this site, next up is the Pasta puttanesca, wish me luck!
Enjoyed this meal a lot and I'm no pea lover but this pea pesto changed my mind, I'm going to be making this again and again.
Can't wait to cook this for my family dinner this weekend, prepared it for myself and the hubby, we both loved it and agreed that we have to share the recipe with the fam!
Wish there was an option to add more stars because this dish is the BOMB, I love everything about it including the peas and I hate all veggies.
I used penne pasta and it was good but the riscotta cheese and lemon zest don't go well with it for me.
This Pappardelle recipe is one of the best you can find currently, nothing has ever tasted so good and was so easy to make!
Super simple to make and taste amazing, thanks.
Well done! Thanks for sharing recipe!
