Preheat the oven to 350 °F. In a small pan, melt the butter.

Grease ramekin dishes

Divide the melted butter into two 7-oz ramekin dishes and sprinkle cinnamon over.

Combine batter ingredients

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, eggs, milk and baking powder and mix to form a batter.

Prepare individual cakes

Pour the batter into individual ramekins, over the butter, without mixing it in.

Add peaches

Divide peach slices evenly between the 2 ramekins and place slices over the batter.

Place ramekins on a baking sheet for baking. Cook in the oven for about 40-45 minutes until cooked right through and golden brown.

Once cooked, allow cobblers to cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
