
Perfect Vegan Corn on the Cob is not as hard to make as you might think and I’m here to give you the secret! I’m giving you the dairy free version of my perfect corn on the cob in this recipe, but you can easily adapt this by using standard butter if you prefer.
I start by grilling the corn on a hot grill pan or skillet until it is evenly charred. As you grill them, they might smoke and crackle but this is normal. Then I make a compound butter which is a mixture of butter and supplementary ingredients. I place the compound butter in the bottom of a baking dish and finish the corn in the oven.
