Pineapple & Coconut Cake
I love this Pineapple & Coconut Cake because it is full of tropical flavors that make me feel like I’m on holidays when I eat it! To be honest if you had asked me about cake flavor combinations that I love, coconut and pineapple cake would not have been the first to come to mind. That was before I discovered this amazing recipe! Now it’s right there at the top of my list!
This pineapple and coconut cake recipe is super easy to make too! Start by creaming butter and sugar before beating in eggs and sour cream. Sift in the dry ingredients and finally mix in the coconut and pineapple. Bake in a preheated oven until a skewer comes out clean. Once the cake has cooled completely, dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!

Takes way too long to make this in my opinion so not sure If i'll have the time to make it again despite it's amazing taste.
Coconut and pinapple are best friends the two blend so well together never going to stop obsessing over the taste now.
I brought some of the leftovers to my office and all my co-workers were running over to ask for a slice due to the amazing smell and vibrant appearance, couldn't be happier.
Best dessert I've ever handmade myself and baked in my own home.

First thought-- difficult. This is in no way a beginners cake.
Replaced sourcream with cream cheese much better decision.
Fluffy and adorable! I had it with vanilla icecream.
Added 1/2 of chocolate chips and 1/3 of walnuts to this enjoyed every single bit the cake basically melted into my mouth at ease.
Didn't think much of it after looking at it but once I took a bite I knew it was going to end up bookmarked :)
