¼ cup Olive oil
3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 clove Garlic peeled and minced
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Kosher Salt
½ tsp Black pepper
For piyaz salad:
½ Red onion small, sliced thinly in half moon shape
2 cans White beans cannellini or navy beans, drained and rinsed
2 Tomatoes medium-sized, sliced ½-inch thick
½ cup Parsley roughly chopped
1 tbsp Sumac
3 tbsp Black olives pitted
2 Eggs hard-boiled, skip if vegan
