Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars

I love these Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars in fall. My kids adore them too. These bars are rich and tasty and little chunks of chocolate elevate these pumpkin bars to a new level. If you try these, I know you will love them as much as I do!

To make these pumpkin bars, start by combining the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, vanilla, and pumpkin before incorporating the dry mixture. Once a batter forms, fold in chocolate chips and transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle some extra chocolate chips over the top. Bake in the oven and once cool, slice into bars. Yum!
