Takes just 10 minutes to make and you start by warming milk, canned pumpkin and sugar together over the stove. In a small saucepan, over medium heat, combine, cook and stir the milk, pumpkin and sugar.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to mix through.
Transfer to food processor and blend for 15 seconds until frothy and foamy.
Pour into 2 servings mugs or cups and add the espresso to each.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and spices, if you wish.
