This Quick Christmas Salad with Pecans is a really quick and easy salad which is perfect for those days in between Christmas and New Year. I don’t know about you, but I am always craving something fresh and light after the heavy Christmas Day dinner of turkey and potatoes. Enter this salad!
Making this salad couldn’t be easier! Start by mixing baby salad greens, pecans, dried cherries, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Pour balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss to coat before serving.
