These Raspberry Crumb Bars are a sweet summer treat which I love to make with my kids when they are on school holidays. My kids love to get stuck in and help me bake and I love finding recipes to include them. These raspberry crumb bars are not only tasty, they are great for getting kids involved in the kitchen.
To make these raspberry bars, start by mixing together flour, butter and sugar. Mix ⅓ of the combined flour, butter and sugar with almonds and oats.
