Sausage Balls

Recipe Description

Sausage Balls are super delicious addictive little nuggets of cooked pork sausage, cheese and Bisquick baking mix that everyone will love at your New Year’s party this year! The best thing about these sausage balls is that you can make the mixture up to 24 hours in advance. When you are ready to cook them, simply shape the sausage mixture into balls and bake them in the oven.

Mix pork sausage, Bisquick mix, Cheddar cheese, parsley and paprika until fully combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Use a cookie scoop to make tablespoon-size sausage balls of mixture. Transfer them to the prepared baking sheet and brush tops with olive oil. Bake the sausage balls in the oven until deep golden and no longer pink. To serve, transfer to a serving platter and garnish with parsley.
