Preheat oven and prepare baking tray

Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper..

Mix sauce

In a small bowl, stir the honey, ketchup and mustard together to mix then coat the sausages.

Prepare pastry

Unroll puff pastry dough. Cut into thin, 1/4 inch strips, lengthwise.

Wrap mummies

Wrap the dough around the sausages, leaving a slit for the spooky eyes.

Bake

Place on greased baking trays and bake for 20 minutes until golden.

Serve

Allow to cool before dotting mustard eyes on each Mummy sausage and serve with a dip of your choice.
