To make Sautéed Cabbage, you will need the following ingredients:
In a large sauté pan or heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter and heat until butter melts.
Add a head of thinly sliced cabbage and season with 1 ½ teaspoons of kosher salt and ½ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper. Sauté, tossing occasionally, for 10-15 minutes until cabbage is softened and slightly brown.
Remove skillet from the heat and pour in ½ a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Stir through and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Season with sprinkles of fresh thyme for serving, if you wish.
