This Spinach Strawberry Mango Banana Smoothie is really easy to make, tastes absolutely delicious, and looks gorgeous too! For this smoothie, I always use skim milk, but you can use any other liquid you prefer – water, almond milk, or soy milk.
It is super simple to make this smoothie too! Start by making three individual smoothies. Assemble the smoothie in the glass by first adding the spinach smoothie, then add strawberry smoothie, followed by a few tablespoons of mango smoothie.
To make Spinach Strawberry Mango Banana Smoothie, you will need the following ingredients:
Place a handful of spinach in a blender with 1 sliced banana and 4 fluid ounces of milk. Blend until smooth and transfer to a jug.
Place 5-6 sliced strawberries in the clean blender with 5 fluid ounces of milk. Blend until smooth and transfer to another jug.
Place 1 mango in the clean blender with 4 fluid ounces of milk. Blend until smooth and transfer to a third jug.
Add green smoothie to a glass. Pour in some of the pink smoothie and top with the yellow. Serve immediately.
