Scare up some fun with these Spooky Halloween Popsicles! They are the perfect spooky addition to a Halloween party. The ingredients are pretty straightforward, and the popsicles can be thrown together in minutes. Have fun and make a day of this with your kids. They will have fun making their own funny faces on their popsicles.  

To begin making the spooky popsicles, first, combine heavy whipping cream, coconut milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Swirl mashed avocado through and pour the mixture into the ice-pop molds and freeze for four hours. For the chocolate topping, warm your milk in a saucepan and add the chopped chocolate. Melt, constantly stirring. Once melted, set aside to cool. Finally, unmold the popsicles and drizzle the melted chocolate over. Place atop the candy googly eyes and freeze again until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Steps to make Spooky Halloween Popsicles

Combine popsicle mixture

In a medium-sized bowl, pour 1 pint heavy whipping cream, 1 can coconut milk, and 1 cup sweetened condensed milk and use a spoon to mix together.

Stir in mashed avocado

Using a fork, mash 1 avocado and then swirl it through the popsicle mixture.

Fill popsicle molds

Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and insert a stick right down the middle.

Freeze

Transfer to the freezer and leave to freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Prepare chocolate topping

Before the fourth hour is up, pour 2-3 tbsp of milk into a saucepan and add in 1 chopped bar of dark chocolate. Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted, then set aside and leave to cool for 5-10 minutes.

Decorate

Once firm, unmold the popsicles. Lay the popsicles onto a large plate and drizzle the melted chocolate over. Quickly place atop the edible eyes.

Freeze

Place the popsicles back in the freezer until the chocolate is completely frozen.

Serve

When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and enjoy!
