Whether for breakfast or an afternoon snack, this Tropical Carrot Smoothie is full of goodness and all things healthy and nutritious. Not only that, the tropical fruits are sweetly delicious and I love to add coconut water, baby carrots, frozen strawberries, frozen mango chunks, navel orange pieces and pineapple in the mix. Sometimes I throw in a dash of sugar, depending on the taste of the fruits.
