To make Vanilla Mug Cake, you will need the following ingredients:
In a large microwave-safe mug, melt butter for 30-40 seconds in the microwave then set aside to cool for 2-3 minutes.
Once cooled, quickly add milk, vanilla extract and sugar and whisk well to combine. If butter solidifies, you may rewarm it in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds.
Add flour, baking powder and salt and combine well.
Add chocolate sprinkles and mix through.
Cook in the microwave for about 80-90 seconds.
Once set on top, allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying you vanilla mug cake served warm.
