To make this delicious ice cream, start by placing frozen banana pieces in a blender with all other ingredients. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth. Serve immediately, or transfer to a container and freeze for an additional 30 minutes. Serve scoops of ice cream in your favorite bowl.
To make Vegan Coffee Ice Cream, you will need the following ingredients:
Add 2 large frozen bananas, ½ a teaspoon of instant coffee, ⅛ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and an optional ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon to a blender.
