Vegan Mocha Cake
Whenever I see a cake with mocha in the title, I just know I have to have a slice. That’s why I love to make this Vegan Mocha Cake at home. Rich chocolate cake with a hint of coffee and a dairy-free coffee frosting.
As well as being completely delicious, this cake is very easy to make. Start by sifting dry ingredients together in a bowl. In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Once the cake cools completely, ice with your favorite dairy-free frosting.
