½ cup Milk
¼ cup Yogurt
1 - 1 ½ cups Strawberries preferably frozen, if using fresh, hull and halve them
10-15 Ice cubes leave out if you use frozen strawberries

This White Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie is made with delicious ingredients, including melted white chocolate and strawberries. Be careful when you melt the white chocolate so as not to burn the mixture. White chocolate is very sensitive to heat. If you don’t have a microwave, you can place a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water to melt it. 

It is super easy to make this smoothie. Start by melting white chocolate. Transfer to a blender with yogurt, and strawberries. Blend until creamy and smooth. Taste and make any necessary adjustments. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth. Serve immediately in pretty glasses.

Steps to make White Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie

Melt chocolate

Place ½ cup of milk and 2 ounces of white chocolate in a heat-proof bowl. Heat in the microwave for 15 seconds. Stir and repeat until chocolate has melted.

Cool

Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Blend

Transfer the white chocolate mixture to a blender along with the yogurt and strawberries. Blend for 1-2 minutes until the ingredients are completely smooth. Taste and adjust.

Blend again with ice cubes

Add ice cubes and blend again until completely smooth. Leave out if you use frozen strawberries.

Serve

Serve immediately in your favorite glasses.
