This 2-Cheese Keto Chaffle is a delicious low-carb brunch recipe and a great way to use your waffle maker. A chaffle is my name for a cheese waffle. I know you’ll love this one as much as I do!

These chaffles couldn’t be easier to make either. Start by mixing eggs together and add dried parsley and ground black pepper. Add shredded cheese to the eggs and mix well. Pour the egg and cheese mixture into a preheated waffle maker and close it until the chaffles are cooked. This will depend on your waffle maker. Mine makes 4 square, regular waffles at the time, which is 2 servings.

Heat waffle maker

Preheat waffle maker.

Prepare chaffle mixture

Whisk 2 large eggs together and add 1 teaspoon of dried parsley and ÂĽ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper.

Add cheese

Add 2 ounces each of Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese and season and whisk to combine.

Transfer to waffle maker
