It’s always a winning dinner when my dietary choices fit into my kids meal plan and this 30-Minute Low-Carb Chicken epitomizes the word, easy! If you follow a keto friendly diet, then this recipe will work for you! With juicy chicken breasts grilled, coated and cooked in a creamy, cheesy sauce made from a combination of whipping cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and minced cloves of garlic.
To make 30-Minute Low-Carb Chicken, you will need the following ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 360 ℉.
Season 3 chicken breasts with garlic parsley salt on both sides.
In a skillet, heat some oil and then add the seasoned chicken breasts. Cook for a few minutes until browned all over. Set aside.
In the same skillet, whisk 2 cups of whipped cream, ½ cup of Parmesan cheese and 3 minced garlic cloves until combined. Bring sauce to a simmer.
Add the browned chicken breasts to the skillet with sauce and top with ½ cup of mozzarella cheese sprinkled over.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the center of the chicken reaches a temperature of 165 ℉.
Serve warm and enjoy with some veg or salad.

Sliced the chicken in the middle and put some sundried tomatoes inside for more taste was delisious.
My chicken was very dry and not that tasty tbh, i followed the steps but it didnt taste good still unsure what i did wrong but since its Ruth I refuse to leave anything below a 4 star review..pls help !
