This delicious Asian Chicken Crunch Pasta Salad is one of my favorite recipes. It starts with comforting pasta that is tossed with bell pepper, coleslaw mix, green onions, chicken, and a zingy homemade dressing. The tangy Asian-style salad dressing is what makes this salad shine. And if you are searching for a quick lunch recipe, this one is the perfect quick fix pasta salad that is no-cook, mayo-free and comes together in minutes.
This delicious chicken pasta salad is jam-packed with flavor, vibrant colors, and its pleasing crunch texture makes it satisfying and addictive. Easy and so good! You will want to put this one on repeat.
To make the Asian Chicken Crunch Pasta Salad, you will need the following ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine 8 ounces cooked fusilli pasta, 1 diced bell pepper, 2 cups coleslaw mix, ½ cup sliced green onions, and 2 cups cooked cubed chicken.
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, add ¼ cup vegetable oil, ¼ cup rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and ½ teaspoon ground mustard pepper, then cover and shake vigorously to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
When ready to serve, pour the dressing over the salad and toss. Mix in crushed ramen.
