One of my favorite one pan dinners is this simple Baked Garlic Butter Chicken and if you try it, you’ll find out why. It is so delicious and packed full of flavor from ingredients like fresh rosemary, cheese and garlic. So delicious!
To make this dish, arrange chicken breasts in a baking dish and set aside. Melt butter and stir in garlic. Cook for a few minutes but make sure you don’t burn the garlic. Stir in the rosemary and pour the flavorsome garlic butter over the chicken breasts in the dish. Bake in the oven and once cooked, sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven to melt. Leave to stand for a few minutes before transferring to serving plates and spooning a little bit of garlic butter sauce over the chicken. I like to serve this with fresh crusty bread or steamed rice.
To make Baked Garlic Butter Chicken, you will need the following ingredients:

Place 1 stick of butter in a skillet. Melt over medium heat.
Add 6 minced cloves of garlic and cook while stirring frequently for 4-5 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in the rosemary leaves and remove from the heat.
Pour the butter over the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
Bake in the oven for 30-32 minutes.
Sprinkle ½ a cup of cheese over the top and return to the oven to cook for 3 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve the chicken on individual plates and spoon a little bit of the garlic butter sauce over the top.
