Baked Sea Bream

Recipe Description

If you want to get more seafood into your diet, this Baked Sea Bream recipe fits the bill perfectly. Sea bream, aka orata, dorade and porgies, is a sustainable, velvety, sweet-tasting fish that deserves to be on your cooking list. Here, the whole fish is roasted on a bed of thinly sliced tomatoes, red onions, and bell peppers. In terms of seasoning, the best approach is to keep it simple. With nothing more than salt, black pepper and dried rosemary, the tender sea bream melts in your mouth and does not require much work to make the fish shine. To serve, run a knife along the back of the fish and then use a spoon to separate the flesh from the bones.
