Simply combine 3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar, 3 teaspoons olive oil, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper in a small bowl. Just a few swirls and you’ll get a lovely balsamic vinaigrette. Drizzle the salmon fillets with half of the prepared vinaigrette and broil the fish until opaque and flaky. Use the remaining balsamic vinaigrette as a dressing for spinach.
