I am a total meat lover and this Beef Paprika Recipe gets this spot everytime! When I have the time, I love to make this slow cooked beef chuck and enjoy it over egg noodles, rice or mashed potato paired with a glass of Pinot.

For evenings after work when I do not have the same amount of time, I take a quick prep time of 10 minutes in the morning and let it cook through my slow cooker on low, throughout the day. What better way to come home from a hard day at work than to this gourmet, scrumptious dinner!
