There are a couple of steps to this recipe, but it’s really pretty simple and requires no cooking. Start with the strawberries. Wash, pat dry, trim, and chop the strawberries. Wash and pat dry the blueberries. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Gently fold in the fruit and chill until ready to serve. Easy enough? Let’s move on.    Â
