This Berry Cheesecake Salad is an incredibly easy recipe that makes the perfect dessert for summer entertaining, especially for the 4th of July. I am all about easy-to-make and delicious-to-eat desserts that take barely any effort on my part. Well, this dessert salad recipe is it! 

There are a couple of steps to this recipe, but it’s really pretty simple and requires no cooking. Start with the strawberries. Wash, pat dry, trim, and chop the strawberries. Wash and pat dry the blueberries. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Gently fold in the fruit and chill until ready to serve. Easy enough? Let’s move on.
