This Chaffle 2-ingredient Keto Waffle recipe is a super simple low-carb and keto-friendly brunch dish. I like to make these chaffles when I am craving bread. They are the perfect substitute. Add 1 teaspoon of coconut flour and ¼ teaspoon baking powder to make the consistency more bread-like.
These chaffles are so easy to make. Simply spray a waffle maker with cooking spray and heat. Combine eggs and mozzarella. Transfer the mixture to the heated waffle maker. Make sure there is more mixture in the middle and less around the edges so that it doesn’t overflow when cooking. Cook until golden brown and repeat until all of the mixture is used up.
To make my Chaffle 2-ingredient Keto Waffle, you will need the following ingredients:
Spray your waffle maker generously with non-stick cooking spray and heat up.
Combine 1 large egg with ½ a cup of shredded mozzarella.
Pour half of the chaffle mixture into the preheated waffle maker and close the lid. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the waffle is golden brown.
