This Chocolate Jello is a delicious homemade jello recipe that you can whip up in just 10 minutes. This jello tastes just like a chocolate mousse, but it has the texture of jello. Kids and adults will love it in equal measure!
To make this jello, start by blending sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream, and cocoa in a blender until you have a completely smooth mixture. Sprinkle gelatin over some water in a small saucepan and let the mixture stand for 5 minutes to soften. Place the saucepan over low heat and stir until the gelatin dissolves. Pour the mixture into the blender and pulse to combine. Pour the jello mixture into a glasses and chill for 1 – 1 ½ hours until set. Serve whipped cream and some berries.
To make Chocolate Jello, you will need the following ingredients:
Blend 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk with 1 cup of evaporated milk, ¾ cup of cream, and 3 tablespoons of cocoa in a blender until completely smooth.
Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of gelatin over ½ a cup of water in a small saucepan. Leave to stand for 5 minutes to soften.
Place the gelatin mixture over low heat and stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
Add the gelatin mixture to the blender and pulse several times to combine.
Transfer the jello mixture to glasses or jello mold. If you want the jello to set at an angle, place the glasses in a box or muffin pan at an angle to set in the refrigerator.
Place in the refrigerator and chill for about 1 - 1½ hours until completely set.
Serve with whipped cream or some berries.
