This Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad is an interesting take on the classic deviled egg appetizer served at gatherings and parties. Who doesn’t love a hard boiled egg filled with a savory, spicy paste made by mixing the hard-boiled egg yolk with mayo and mustard with paprika sprinkled on top?
This salad is really easy to make too. Start by shelling hard boiled eggs and scooping out the yolks. Cook the macaroni. Drain once cooked. Make a deviled egg yolk dressing by mixing yolks, mayo and mustard. Assemble the salad by mixing all the ingredients together. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and some chopped chives. Enjoy!

I'd eat this any day and everyday of the week for sure! Perfect for long road trips or lunch to take to work.
I made this and packed it for lunch, it last a pretty long time and the flavours in this salad are amazing.
There's just too much to add and I don't really like having to do so many steps, this turned out really good but I will stick with the healthy tuna salad instead.
Really good to bring as a side dish for holidays or birthday parties, super easy to make as well.
