I love to make these Devilish Avocado Sriracha Deviled Eggs when I have a Halloween party. They are fast, portable, delicious and easy to eat. They make for a fun and spooky addition to a party table.

This spooky take on deviled eggs is a mayo-free version of the classic party appetizer. To begin making this recipe, I mix egg yolks with avocado, lime juice, sriracha sauce to taste, and a pinch of salt. You can customize the heat level by adding as little or as much sriracha sauce as you like. Stir in some minced cilantro to add fresh flavor and spoon the prepared filling into each egg white half. Finally, decorate the eggs with red bell pepper strips to imitate horns. Serve them up on Halloween night and enjoy!

Spoon the avocado mixture into the egg white halves. Cut off the tips of the red bell pepper strips for the horns and insert 2 horns into each stuffed egg.
