While I am a big fan of putting egg whites to use in this awesome Pavlova, these beautiful rose meringue cookies, or these crisp coffee meringues, I whip up these chocolate brownies when those chocolate cravings hit.
These brownies are light yet rich in texture, perfectly sweet, and have a bit of Kahlua and coffee to enhance the chocolate flavor. The recipe is also easy to make – you don’t even need to whip the egg whites – just add them in. Bold statement: these brownies might actually be better than a chocolate bar.
