Ham & Cheese Savory Palmiers

These Ham & Cheese Savory Palmiers are really easy to make and so handy because once you have frozen puff pastry, all you really need is ham, cheese, mustard, and an egg. Your family will love these savory snacks.

Start by defrosting puff pastry sheets until the pastry is workable, but still cold. Roll the pastry into a rectangle and brush with mustard. Add slices of ham, covering the entire surface, and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. From each long edge, roll the pastry towards the center, until both sides meet in the middle. Wrap the rolled pastry in plastic wrap and chill for an hour. Once chilled, slice into ¼ – ½-inch slices and place on a lined baking sheet. Serve hot from the oven.
