I came up with this Ham Hock and Cabbage Hash recipe when I was in college and the funds were not spent on keeping my fridge stocked. Easy on the pocket made this a popular dish to eat if you were coming to me for dinner.

Fried cabbage and onion with shredded ham and potato cubes grilled in the oven until crispy on top. I serve baked beans and ketchup on the side which makes me feel really nostalgic.
