Make a marinade

Mix ¼ cup of honey, 2 tablespoons each of dijon mustard, grainy mustard and cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 2 cloves of garlic together in a medium bowl.

Season the chops

Season the pork chops all over with salt and pepper .

Mix the chops with the marinade and chill in the refrigerator for a minimum 30 minutes or overnight.

Cook the chops

Grill the chops for 3-5 minutes per side under medium-high heat until they are cooked through and a light golden brown colour all over.

Serve with steamed vegetables and rice or potatoes.
