    In a jar, combine ¼ cup honey, 2 tablespoons soya sauce, 1-3 tablespoons sriracha (depending on your spice preference), 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger, 1 clove minced garlic and 2 tablespoon cornstarch. Shake everything until well combined then set aside to use later.

    In a medium non-stick pan or wok, over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil and add 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced; 1 red onion, thinly sliced and 2 cups snap peas. Cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly tender. Remove from pan and set aside on a plate, to use later.

    If needed, add a little more oil to the same pan and add chicken pieces. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through completely and not pink in the center.

    Give the stir fry sauce a final shake before pouring into the hot pan. Cook for about 1 minute until sauce begins to bubble and thicken. Remove from heat.
