To make this delicious stew, start by prepping the vegetables. Layer the vegetables in a medium sized pot, placing the potatoes down first, then top with onions and peppers. Smash up the spam and layer it on top of the onions and peppers in the pot. Add the chopped green onion and all the sauce ingredients. Fill with water, until all the ingredients are immersed.
