This Matcha Latte Chia Pudding recipe isn’t just delicious – it also requires only a few ingredients and one bowl to whip it up. And if you are not a fan of matcha yet, this is the perfect way to bring this green tea into your morning routine.
I love making healthy food that tastes and looks pretty too, which is perfect when serving for special occasions. This pudding uses chia seeds, matcha powder, homemade almond milk, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup for sweetness. Since I grow my own edible flowers, I decided to use them for decoration and added nutrients too. A perfect breakfast or a dessert to celebrate the upcoming Mother’s Day! Enjoy!
To make the Matcha Latte Chia Pudding, you will need the following ingredients:
In a bowl, place ¼ cup chia seeds, ¾ cup homemade almond milk, 1 teaspoon matcha powder, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, ½ cup full-fat coconut milk.
Using a whisk, mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Cover and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Divide the pudding evenly between 2 glasses or yogurt jars.
Decorate with edible flowers and serve.
