Mixed Fruit and Vegetable Juice

Recipe Description

Mixed Fruit and Vegetable Juice is a delicious healthy blend of fruit and vegetables. I use a juicer to make this juice and it is super easy! Healthy too – have a glass of this for breakfast and you will feel the effect on your energy levels all day!

To make this juice, add the chopped raw fruits and vegetables to the juicer. Do one extraction without adding any water. Add water to the juicer and extract more juice from the remaining pulp in the juicer. Combine both of the extracts. Add salt and lemon and adjust to taste. Add water to adjust the consistency of the juice. Serve this delicious juice chilled or over ice.
