Orange Pumpkin Custards
Orange Pumpkin Custards are my signature Fall dessert. They are smooth and creamy with a sweet crispy topping. They are flavored with pumpkin spice making them the perfect dessert when the weather starts to get chilly.Â
Making these custards is actually really easy. Start by heating orange juice and vanilla and placing raisins in the liquid to soak up the juice. Mix pumpkin with evaporated milk, brown sugar, egg and pumpkin pie and pour the mixture into individual custard pots. Top with a sugar and oat mixture and bake for 30 minutes. These taste best served warm. Â
