Pork Chops with Creamy Mushroom Sauce
These Pork Chops with Creamy Mushroom Sauce are one of my top quick one-pan dinner recipes. I am delighted to share it with you today! The best part of this dinner is that you can have the delicious creamy garlic and herb mushroom sauce cooked and on the table in under 30 minutes!Â
Start by searing pork chops. Once cooked, transfer to a warm plate and set aside. Add mushrooms to the juices in the pan and cook. Once the mushrooms are browned, add half parsley, half thyme, and all of the crushed garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Pour in the cream and bring to a gentle simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Return the chops to the sauce and allow to simmer for a minute to heat through. Garnish with remaining herbs and serve. Yum!
