I love this delicious Sausage Brunch Casserole. This is a perfect breakfast dish, especially if you wake up feeling hungry or if you have a busy day ahead. 

To make this delicious casserole, start by cooking sausage in a large, deep skillet. Drain, crumble and set aside. Lay crescent rolls flat in the bottom of a lightly greased baking pan. Combine cooked sausage, cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper and pour over crescent rolls in the pan. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15 minutes until the rolls are baked through and the mixture is bubbling.

Cook sausage

Place 1 ½ pounds of ground pork sausage in a large skillet. Cook over medium high heat until browned evenly. Drain excess oil, crumble the meat and set aside.

Heat oven

Preheat the oven to 425 ËšF.

Prepare a baking pan

Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Place rolls in pan

Place the crescent rolls flat in the bottom of the greased baking pan.

Make egg mixture

Combine the cooked sausage, 2 cups of cheese, 4 eggs, Âľ cup of milk, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour the mixture over the crescent rolls.
