Heat the oil in a large, nonstick skillet, to a medium heat. Add sausage and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Once cooked, transfer to a small bowl.

Add the mushrooms and salt to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until softened and browned. Stir in garlic and remove from heat.

Unroll the dough with oven-safe parchment paper, onto a large ungreased cookie sheet. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.

Add toppings

Top with the mushroom mixture, cooked sausages, onion and cheese.

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 17-22 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
