Slow-Cooked Louisiana Ribs

I love my Dutch oven for slow cooking and this recipe for Slow-Cooked Louisiana Ribs is a knockout. Is there anything better than doing a little bit of prep and then walking away and leaving the oven to do all the work for 1,5-2 hours? Come back and you have ribs with tender meat falling off the bone.

Start by whisking sugar, Cajun seasoning, salt, oregano, and onion powder together in a small bowl. Pat your baby back ribs dry before rubbing the spice mixture all over them. Brush barbecue sauce onto ribs and place them in the Dutch oven. Pour water around the ribs and bake in the oven until tender. Brush the remaining barbecue sauce on the ribs.
