To make the Slow Cooker Chicken Curry, you will need the following ingredients:
In a skillet over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and add 2 finely chopped onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
