
I love these Smoked Salmon Keto Mini Quiches. I regularly make a batch of them to have on standby when hunger pangs strike! These quiches taste amazing when served warm soon after cooking, or they keep really well stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator too. They freeze well too – simply transfer to plastic bags or containers once cooled and freeze for up to three months.
Start making these quiches by combining broccoli, dill, salmon, Cheddar and feta cheeses. Divide the mixture between the cups of a muffin tray. Top by pouring in a mixture of egg, almond milk, salt and pepper. Top the mini quiches with sunflower seeds and a sprinkle of paprika. Bake and serve immediately or refrigerate until hunger strikes!
