What are S’mores Apple Pops? They are delicious apple-candy pops on a stick with marshmallow cream and graham crackers. Besides their mouthwateringly, moreish flavor, they’re a fun activity to do with the kids too.

They’re better than any candy apple or s’more cookie that you can imagine, this dessert takes the cake bring two favorite treats, together, in one!

Steps to make S’mores Apples Pops

Combine chocolate and oil

In a medium mixing bowl, combine coconut oil and melted chocolate.

Insert popsicle sticks

Insert popsicle sticks in the bottom of each apple slice.

Prepare baking sheet

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with cooking spray.

Prepare s’mores

Dip each apple slice popsicle into the melted chocolate, then into the marshmallow bits and finally the graham crackers, to top and coat. Place in a single layer, not touching, on the baking sheet.

Refrigerate

Refrigerate for about 8-10 minutes until the chocolate sets.

Add caramel

Drizzle caramel over each s’mores and refrigerate for another 5 minutes until the caramel sets.

Serve

Serve and enjoy immediately or keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
